What inspired you to join the Andaz team, and what has your journey been like so far? 

My journey with Hyatt started 15 years ago at Grand Hyatt Berlin, where I began as an Event Sales Executive. While both Grand Hyatt and Andaz share the same commitment to excellence, they have their own unique feel—Grand Hyatt is all about classic luxury, while Andaz focuses on creativity, local culture, and a more personal, unconventional approach to hospitality. That shift really spoke to me.  

What do you love most about your role at Andaz? 

The dynamic energy of Andaz, the freedom to think outside the box, and the amazing team I get to work with every day make this role so special. Working in a hotel environment attracts a certain type of people. Everyone is passionate about their work and gives their best to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. No two days are the same, and that’s what I love about it.

Franziska joined the Andaz at Schwabinger Tor in June 2022 and takes care of the Event Sales Team. Her passion is to create a holistic experience to all guests and match their individual needs as well as taking care of the needs of her lovely Team.

Associate Director of Event Planning

With over 10 years in the sales and event hotel industry she is very passionate about every outstanding event and every satisfied guest. As Associate Director of Event planning she takes care of the overall detailed planning process of our valued events. This gives her the chance to connect with our guests on a very personal level as one of the biggest enjoyments in this role.
