Meet the Chef

Matias has travelled to many countries around the world and gained valuable work experiences throughout his stations in the USA, Uruguay, Peru, Spain, Montenegro and of course his home country, Argentina. Matias started his Andaz career with us in January 2019 as Chef de Partie at The Lonely Broccoli. Since October 2023 Matias took over the management of the kitchen team as our Executive Sous Chef.
